First strawberries and Elderflowers!

We have been very busy harvesting chard and mixed salad and rhubarb and lettuces and kale etc but the fruit is coming on well now and tomorrow we will be picking our first strawberries and elderflowers and the blueberries are coming on well! We picked some gooseberries last week and hope one of our volunteers is bringing in a gooseberry tart tomorrow too-all very summery!
