The Official Opening of our beautifully restored walled Victorian Kitchen Garden which has been fabulously funded by the Big Lottery Local Food funding stream!! Our local deputy mayor and chair of Ulverston in Bloom, Judy Pickthall, cut the ribbon and then everyone had a look around. We were entertained by the people who had attended the family singing workshop and fed some lovely fruit juice and vegetable snacks by our cafe chef. Over 100 people came and the sun shone- a great success!!
